Where Healing Begins and Hope Rises

New Day Rising
New Day Rising

Friends, welcome. I’m so glad you’re here.

If we were sitting across from each other right now, maybe with a warm cup of coffee in hand, I’d tell you this: You’ve just found a place of hope.

Not a perfect place. Not a place filled with polished people who have it all together. But a place filled with honest conversations, real stories of struggle and healing, and a deep belief that faith changes everything —especially in recovery.

IntentionalServant.org was born out of a simple but powerful conviction: that the journey of recovery becomes richer, deeper, and more life-giving when we walk it hand in hand with Christ.

Here, you’ll find encouragement if you’re walking your own recovery journey. You’ll find insight if you’re supporting a loved one through theirs. And you’ll find community if you’re a faith leader or friend who simply wants to understand how to walk alongside those in need of hope.

This is a place for you.

What You Can Expect Week by Week & Month by Month:

We’re building this space to fit into your life in a rhythm that feels steady and life-giving. You can think of it like your weekly companion — something you can count on to lift your spirit, strengthen your walk, and remind you that you’re not alone. Here’s what you’ll see, not just in the podcast, but across the blog and social media, too:

Faith & Recovery Mondays: We’ll start the week grounded in Scripture — verses that speak hope into recovery, and reflections to set your heart for the days ahead.

Transformation Tuesdays: Stories of breakthrough and testimony — because hearing how God moves in others’ lives gives us courage in our own.

Wisdom Wednesdays: Midweek blogs and devotionals that go deeper into topics like grace, community, and spiritual tools for recovery. These posts will also preview our bi-monthly Thursday podcast episodes so you know what’s coming!

Freedom Fridays: We’ll close the week with encouragement. A shot of hope and a reminder that freedom is possible. Every single day.

🎙 Podcast Episodes: You’ll see new
podcast episodes landing on every other Thursday, giving you fresh conversation and encouragement to close out your week strong. We’ll explore real stories, biblical wisdom, and practical steps to help you (or your loved one) move forward in recovery.
🗓 10-Week Themes: Every 10 weeks, we we’ll focus on a new theme, diving deep into areas that matter most on this journey:
First up: Faith & Recovery — how to anchor your recovery in Christ.
• Then, The Power of Community in Recovery — because healing isn’t a solo mission.• We’ll explore The Role of the Church, Overcoming Relapse, Building Daily Faith Habits, and so much more.

Every theme is crafted to meet you right where you are, and to walk alongside you as you grow in your faith and recovery journey.

Why This Matters

Recovery is not just about leaving something behind — it’s about moving toward something new.

  • Toward Healing

  • Toward Purpose

  • Toward Freedom

At Intentional Servant, we believe that no matter your story, no matter how many times you’ve stumbled, God is not finished with you yet.

  • You are not your addiction

  • You are not your past

  • You are a child of God, loved deeply and called into restoration

  • This is your invitation to walk with us. To learn, to grow, to heal — together.
